AN – 15-year-old girl, Risser 4, with a 25° thoracic curve treated with the 3CH Cheneau-Gensingen Brace. The patient just began treatment and has been wearing her brace full-time. Her in-brace
x-ray showed a curve of 15°.
CY – 14-year-old girl, Risser 4, with a 25° thoracic curve treated with the Cheneau-Gensingen Brace. The patient has been wearing her brace for 4.5 months. The initial out-brace-x-ray presents with head deviation and an unbalanced pelvis. The recent out-of-brace-x-ray shows neutral head alignment, the pelvis is balanced, and the curve is steady.
SF - Risser 1, a 12-year-old girl, was treated with the 3CN Cheneau-Gensingen Brace for a right 43° thoracic curve. The patient was previously wearing a Boston scoliosis brace, which she couldn't wear full-time due to discomfort. The patient has worn her Cheneau-Gensingen brace full-time with no problems, and the results show a 53% reduction. She went from a 43°curve to 19° in-brace.
RF- 28-year-old female patient with progressive idiopathic scoliosis into adulthood. A 36° thoracic curve with uneven head and pelvis alignment. The patient was fit with the Gensingen Cheneau Brace, and the in-brace x-rays showed postural Improvement and thoracic curve reduction, and the patient stated that it had reduced her pain.
